Mr. Madhur Murarka - Vice President

Mr. Madhur Murarka set up MATA Securities India Pvt. Ltd, in 1994. It is one of India’s leading Treasury Services Companies. MATA is a member of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Commodities Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX). It has a Merchant Banking and a Portfolio Management Services license.

Under his leadership, Mata’s expertise in the fixed income securities market was extended to Equity Markets, Corporate Finance, Mutual Funds Distribution and with the opening up of the sector to insurance broking, Mata set up a 100% owned subsidiary which is one of the few companies given a composite insurance broking license by the Insurance Regulatory Development Authority. He holds a B.Tech from BITS Pilani and has developed various mechanical trading systems which employ leading edge Artificial Intelligence, Genetic Algorithms and Neural Network techniques. Mr. Dharmen Mehta - Hon. Secretary

He is Executive Director of Sterling Investment (India) Ltd. He is B.S. - A Mathematics and Economics graduate from Duke University, USA. He was a crude oil and its derivatives trader with Louis Dreyfus, New York. He has extensive experience in creating structured Derivative Instruments. He also worked at H. Corman on the floor trader at the Chicago Board Of Trade (CBOT).

His expertise lies in spotting arbitrage opportunities and scalping the market’s volatility. He has a keen knowledge and understanding of financial markets in India and abroad, and he has been able to within a short span of time build his reputation in the Indian Securities Market. He is a regular spokesman on CNBC, NDTV Profit and ET NOW.
